Welcome to Sherry and Larry's 'Round the World website. Many friends have requested that we keep them informed of our progress as we fly the Baron around the World this summer. Therefore, whenever you are bored and can't think of anything else to do, just click on our site for the very latest information on our expedition.
As of 2004, fewer than 200 pilots have ever flown their light airplanes around the World. It is something I have always dreamed of. In 1990, Sherry and I went around the world on the Concorde. It was fun at Mach 2 but we were not flying it ourselves.
We plan to make it around in 90 days. Someone already did it in 80 days and they wrote a book and a song about it. However, we think 90 is a nice number so we will go for that. The plan is to stay a few days in each location to view the sights.
